Adding Product Recipes and Viewing Items

  1. To add a recipe, click on ‘STOCK ENQUIRIES’.
  2. Click on the ‘PRODUCT’ you wish to add a recipe on.

  1. Click on ‘RECIPE’, to add or edit the recipe.

  1. The recipe will be displayed below.
  2. If you wish to add or edit a recipe, click on ‘EDIT RECIPE’.

  1. Type in the ingredient below, only products loaded as ‘IS INGREDIENT’ or ‘INGREDIENT ONLY’, will be available to choose as an ingredient for a recipe.

  1. Specify the ‘QTY’.
  2. Select the ‘UNIT’ by clicking on the drop box below.

  1. After completing add fields, click on ‘ADD’.

  1. The added ingredient will now be listed below.
  2. To add more ingredients, simply repeat the process by clicking on ‘ADD’.
  3. When you have completed the recipe click on ‘CLOSE’.

  1. To view a product, simply click on the product.
  2. You can search for a specific product by adding it in the ‘SEARCH BY NAME, BARCODE OR SKU’.
  3. You can also search according to department by clicking on the drop box, next to the ‘SELECT A DEPARTMENT’ field.

  1. To add or edit the recipe of the product, click on ‘RECIPE’ and follow the steps as mentioned above.
  2. To view the Stock Movements, simply click on ‘STOCK MOVEMENTS’.
  3. You can also edit the product by clicking on ‘EDIT PRODUCT’.
