myStock Report Grids provide users with powerful tools to optimize their reports by using various filters for sorting, grouping, and summarizing data based on specific needs.

  • Data Range Selection: Users can select a specific time period by setting the ‘START DATE’ and ‘END DATE’. Options include ‘TODAY’, ‘YESTERDAY’, ‘LAST WEEK’, ‘LAST MOTNH’, ‘LAST THREE MONTHS’, etc.
  • Report Customization: Users can choose whether the report should include details such as the ‘TIME OF DAY’ and ‘INCLUDE THE SALES’.
  • Drag And Drop Functionality: TallOrder Report enable users to customize the layout by sorting, grouping, and summarizing data through an intuitive ‘DRAG AND DROP’ feature.
  • Additional Headings: Users can add extra headings in the ‘DRAG AND DROP’ filter to further refine the data.
  • Reference And Invoice Numbers: All items are recorded with ‘REFERENCE NUMBERS / INVOICE NUMBERS’, simplifying the search for specific items.
  • Data Export: Users can export data to Excel or CSV formats. The exported file will retain the grouping and summaries as set by the user. For example, if data is grouped by departments, the exported file will also reflect this grouping.
