Yes. mySTOCK can function as a standalone inventory system while Xero manages invoicing.

What happens if a product in Xero does not exist in mySTOCK?

The integration will automatically create the item.

Why are tracking categories required?

Tracking categories determine which location inventory is updated in mySTOCK.

Can I disconnect the integration?

Yes. The integration can be disconnected from the Accounting Apps section.
