How to print barcodes from myStock

  1. To print barcodes from myStock, click on ‘STOCK ENQUIRIES’.
  2. Select the Items to export barcodes.
  3. Items can be selected individually, alternatively select the tick box in the header to ‘SELECT ALL’.

  1. Click on the drop box next to ‘BULK ACTIONS’.
  2. To export single items, click on ‘BARCODES – SINGLE ITEMS’.
  3. To export items based on quantity on hand, click on ‘BARCODES – ITEMS ON HAND’.

  1. The ‘BARCODE LABEL EXPORT’ screen will open, displaying the selected items and their respective ‘BARCODES INFORMATION’.
  2. Click on the ‘EXPORT ICON’.

  1. Click on ‘EXPORT ALL DATA TO EXCEL’.

  1. Click on the ‘EXPORTED EXCEL’ document.

  1. Start by ‘CLEARING THE HEADINGS’ in the Excel Sheet.
  2. Next you will have to ‘SAVE TO A FOLDER’. Make sure that your ‘BARCODE PRINTER SOFTWARE’ will be able to pick up / access the file.

  1. After saving the Excel Sheet, make sure all the information is correct and allocated correctly.

  1. Your will see ‘YOUR DESIGNED LABEL’
  2. Click on ‘DATABASE’ below the ‘SAVE’ button.

  1. Click on the ‘BROWSE’ button.

  1. Browse to the ‘FOLDER LOCATION’.

  1. ‘MAP’ your label to columns in the Excel File.

  1. When you have finished ‘MAPPING’ your label, click on the ‘OK’ button below.

  1. The ‘ITEMS IN EXCEL’ will be displayed in the below ‘LABEL DESIGN’.

  1. Select the ‘ITEMS TO PRINT’.
  2. Select the ‘QUANTITY’ you would like to print.
  3. Click on the ‘PRINT’ button below.
