How to print barcodes from myStock

- To print barcodes from myStock, click on ‘STOCK ENQUIRIES’.
- Select the Items to export barcodes.
- Items can be selected individually, alternatively select the tick box in the header to ‘SELECT ALL’.

- Click on the drop box next to ‘BULK ACTIONS’.
- To export single items, click on ‘BARCODES – SINGLE ITEMS’.
- To export items based on quantity on hand, click on ‘BARCODES – ITEMS ON HAND’.

- The ‘BARCODE LABEL EXPORT’ screen will open, displaying the selected items and their respective ‘BARCODES INFORMATION’.
- Click on the ‘EXPORT ICON’.

- Click on ‘EXPORT ALL DATA TO EXCEL’.

- Click on the ‘EXPORTED EXCEL’ document.

- Start by ‘CLEARING THE HEADINGS’ in the Excel Sheet.
- Next you will have to ‘SAVE TO A FOLDER’. Make sure that your ‘BARCODE PRINTER SOFTWARE’ will be able to pick up / access the file.

- After saving the Excel Sheet, make sure all the information is correct and allocated correctly.

- This is an example of how to print barcodes using the ‘BROTHER P-TOUCH’ Printer. There are many different barcode printers available, and each has their own settings and way of creating and editing. If you are ever unsure, contact ‘SUPPORT’ for guidance.

- Your will see ‘YOUR DESIGNED LABEL’
- Click on ‘DATABASE’ below the ‘SAVE’ button.

- Click on the ‘BROWSE’ button.

- Browse to the ‘FOLDER LOCATION’.

- ‘MAP’ your label to columns in the Excel File.

- When you have finished ‘MAPPING’ your label, click on the ‘OK’ button below.

- The ‘ITEMS IN EXCEL’ will be displayed in the below ‘LABEL DESIGN’.

- Select the ‘ITEMS TO PRINT’.
- Select the ‘QUANTITY’ you would like to print.
- Click on the ‘PRINT’ button below.

- Below is an example of a completed barcode.
