myStock Approvals
The MyStock system includes an approvals mechanism designed to manage specific stock actions within various stock locations, ensuring proper oversight and control
Approval Requirement
Certain stock actions may necessitate approval for execution, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Supported Stock Actions
Currently, MyStock supports an approval process for essential stock actions such as Purchase Orders, Stock Issues, Stock Requisitions, Stock Transfer, Supplier Returns, Stock Production, Stoke Take, and Wastage.
Flexible Approval Settings
Administrators can easily adjust approval settings according to the needs of each stock location. If no approval process is necessary, administrators can simply leave the Approval Settings with zero approvers required.
