Attendance Report

1.To access the ‘ATTENDANCE REPORT’, click on ‘REPORTS’.
2.Click on ‘SHIFTS’.

- Confirm that you are on the correct ‘SALES LOCATION’.
- Select the ‘START DATE’.
- Select the ‘END DATE’.
- Click on ‘OK’.

- Click ‘GO’ when all appropriate fields are completed.

- You can now customize the report by using the ‘DRAG AND DROP’ function.
- To EXPAND the report, click on the ‘EXPAND ALL’ button.
- You can export the report to Excel or CSV by clicking on the ‘EXPORT’ button.
- When you use the ‘DRAG AND DROP’ function or the ‘COLOUMN CHOOSER’ function, always remember to click on the ‘SAVE SEQUENCE’ button, to save the changes you made.

- The ATTENDANCE Report will reflect the ‘SIGN-IN DEVICE’ used.
- The ‘SIGN-IN & SIGN-OUT’ date and time.
- The ‘SHIFT DURATION’ will be displayed here.

- The Staff ‘SIGN-IN’ on TallOrder POS, by clicking on the icon below.

- They will then enter their ‘PIN’.

- A screen will pop-up to confirm that ‘ATTENDANCE STARTED’.

18. To CLOSED/END their shift, they again click on the icon below.

19. A screen will pop-up to confirm that ‘ATTENDANCE CLOSED.
STEP-BY-STEP BREAKDOWN
- To access the ‘ATTENDANCE REPORT’, click on ‘REPORTS’.
- Click on ‘SHIFTS’.
