Bulk settings

BULK SETTINGS:

Bulk settings in stock enquiries refer to the functionality that allows users to perform actions or apply settings to multiple items simultaneously, rather than having to do so individually for each item. This feature is particularly useful when managing large inventories or when users need to apply the same settings across multiple items.

Here’s how the bulk settings feature works in stock enquiries:

1.SELECTING MULTIPLE ITEMS:

Users can select multiple items from the list of stock enquiries within myStock. This can be done by using checkboxes next to each item or by using selection tools provided by the system.

  1. ACCESSING BULK SETTINGS OPTIONS:

Once the desired items are selected, users can access the bulk settings options provided by myStock. These options may be located in a toolbar or menu specifically dedicated to bulk actions, or they may be integrated into the interface alongside individual item settings.

  1. APPLYING SETTINGS:

Users can the apply various settings or perform actions to the selected items in bulk. This may include tasks such as updating stock levels, modifying prices, changing product categories, or adjusting inventory statuses. The specific settings available for bulk actions may vary depending on the capabilities of myStock and the permissions assigned to the user.

  1. CONFIRMING CHANGES:

After selecting the desired bulk settings or actions, users typically have the opportunity to review and confirm their selections before applying them. This ensures accuracy and prevents unintended changes to the inventory.

  1. EXECUTING BULK ACTIONS:

Upon confirmation, myStock executes the bulk actions or applies the selected settings to the selected items. This process may take some time to complete, especially for large inventories or complex actions, but it ensures that the desired changes are made efficiently and consistently across all selected items.
