What does Access control mean

MyStock Access Control
The access control features of MyStock, which are crucial for managing user permissions and privileges based on their roles within the inventory systems.
Regulating User Access
Inventory Admins can set up which users have access to each stock action within designated stock locations, distinguishing between Inventory Managers and Inventory Clerks.
Granting Multiple Access
Inventory Admins can easily grant access to multiple stock actions for Inventory Managers and Inventory Clerks by checking the respective tick boxes.
Revoking Access
Inventory Admins have the authority to remove access to stock actions for Inventory Managers and Inventory Clerks by deselecting the corresponding options.
User Selection
Upon pressing the ‘Edit Settings’ button, Inventory Admins can select or deselect Inventory Managers and Inventory Clerks who should have access to the specified stock actions.
Filtering Options
The filter option facilitates easy user selection by allowing partial name entry, streamlining the process of assigning access based on roles.
