05 – Data Sync – Xero → mySTOCK

The integration can import transactions from Xero into mySTOCK.

Supported transaction types:

• Sales invoices
• Credit notes

These transactions update inventory levels automatically.

Sales Invoices

When an invoice is created in Xero:

• The transaction is imported into mySTOCK
• Product quantities are deducted from inventory
• Stock is updated for the associated location

Credit Notes

When a credit note is created in Xero:

• The credit note is imported into mySTOCK
• Inventory quantities are increased

Location Mapping

Invoices and credit notes must include a tracking category in Xero.

Example:

Options:

• Restaurant
• Bar
• Warehouse
• Retail Shop

These must match locations configured in mySTOCK.
