06 – Product Matching & Item Creation

When transactions are imported from Xero, the integration attempts to match products with items in mySTOCK.

Matching uses:

• Item code / SKU
• Product name

Automatic Item Creation

If a product does not exist in mySTOCK, the system will automatically create it using data from Xero.

Imported fields include:

• Product name
• Item code / SKU
• Sales description
• Default sales price

Inventory adjustments are then applied based on the imported transaction.
