07 – Sync Monitoring & Error Handling

TallOrder provides integration monitoring reports showing the status of all synchronised transactions.

Reports include:

  • Transaction ID
  • Transaction type
  • Sync status
  • Date and time of sync
  • Error message if applicable

Common Error Causes

  • Missing account mapping
  • Archived contacts in Xero
  • Inventory restrictions
  • API connectivity issues
  • Authentication errors

Resolving Sync Errors

If a transaction fails to sync:

  • Review the error message in the integration report
  • Correct the issue in TallOrder or Xero
  • Contact TallOrder support to request a resync

Future versions will include self-service resync functionality.
