07 – Sync Monitoring & Error Handling
TallOrder provides integration monitoring reports showing the status of all synchronised transactions.
Reports include:
- Transaction ID
- Transaction type
- Sync status
- Date and time of sync
- Error message if applicable
Common Error Causes
- Missing account mapping
- Archived contacts in Xero
- Inventory restrictions
- API connectivity issues
- Authentication errors
Resolving Sync Errors
If a transaction fails to sync:
- Review the error message in the integration report
- Correct the issue in TallOrder or Xero
- Contact TallOrder support to request a resync
Future versions will include self-service resync functionality.
